31Hex, Inc., an innovative image processing software company, announces the release its Beta 2 version of LogoTrace for testing to potential clients. LogoTrace is a suite of algorithms designed to quickly and accurately find logos found in images. The Beta 2 release adds general improvements to the recognition algorithms, improved recognition on images with dark backgrounds, and recognition of logos oriented in both horizontally and vertically. As with the previous release of Beta 1, the Beta 2 release can be embedded into an application and run in-line or off-line.

The Beta 2 release comes with a LogoTrace DLL, a Demonstrator that lets you load, view, create templates, and find logos found in images files along with full documentation on the use and integration of the software.
